During warmer months, your body butter may arrive softened, partially melted, or with a changed texture due to heat during transit. *We will ship in appropriate thermal mailer with dry ice to prevent this*.
If melting occurs, simply place the jar in a cool area or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to allow it to re-solidify. Whip again if necessary.
